      Psychotherapist

I prioritize truly listening to and validating each person’s unique experience. I believe in creating a person-centered, collaborative space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. My eclectic style is grounded in evidence-based treatments like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), focusing on skill development and reframing the thoughts that may stand in the way of self-acceptance.

With regular practice, these techniques can help regulate emotions and cultivate a lasting sense of calm. I also have personal and professional insight into the LGBTQIA+ community, which helps me understand the impact of microaggressions, the challenges of being authentic in a world that sometimes pushes back, and the stress that comes with preserving hard-won progress—especially given today’s political climate.

You are not alone in these struggles, and together, we can navigate them in a way that honors your truth and helps you find a calmer way of dealing with life.
