I prioritize truly listening to and validating each person’s unique experience, especially within the LGBTQIA+ community. I strive to create a collaborative, person-centered space where you feel seen, heard, and supported—not just as a client, but as your full, authentic self.

As someone with both personal and professional experience in the LGBTQIA+ community, I understand how powerful it can be to have a space where your identity isn’t questioned, explained, or defended. I’m mindful of the emotional toll that microaggressions, systemic barriers, and societal pushback can have, especially when you're simply trying to live your truth. I also recognize the exhaustion that can come with maintaining progress in a world that doesn’t always feel safe or affirming.

My approach is eclectic and grounded in evidence-based treatments such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we can develop skills for managing stress, regulating emotions, and challenging the thoughts that may block self-acceptance. With regular practice, these tools can help cultivate a stronger sense of calm, agency, and connection.

You’re not alone in this. We’ll work together to navigate your challenges in a way that honors who you are and supports the life you want to build.
